What is ASMC?
The Australian Society of Musicology and Composition (ASMC) promotes and rewards the study and growth of all musically-related subjects throughout the world.
Whilst the principal emphasis is on Musicology and Composition, all disciplines including performance and education are included and encouraged.
ASMC offers its own Associate, Licentiate and Fellowship qualifications but additional benefits may be obtained through its strong affiliations with other world-wide organisations.
Leading composers, musicologists, educationalists and performers are amongst the many ASMC members who hold our qualifications. Musicians who already hold prestigious international qualifications are invited to apply and may be granted academic credit.
